Our coaching programs are all based on Coach DQ’s proven six-step B.R.I.D.G.E. to Career Success Process:

  • Become clear on the type of position you’re looking for.
  • Research the type of companies who hire these types of positions.
  • Identify your target market.
  • Develop your list of contacts.
  • Get a game plan.
  • Execute and evaluate the plan.

In the first phase of this dynamic coaching process, we’ll address the first three steps, working on things such as taking an inventory of your skills, motivators, interests and values and doing “field work” research to identify potential companies you’d like to work for.

In the second phase, we’ll create a game plan by narrowing down your list of target companies.  And as we do, I’ll be scouring my own expansive network for people I can connect you to at those companies – either for informational interviews, job interviews or general introductions.

In the third and final phase, you’ll implement the plan we’ve put together.  We’ll carefully review any and all feedback that you get and use it to refocus and tweak our game plan as needed.

At any point during the coaching, we may go back to the first or second phase as this is a very fluid and dynamic process.
